I enabled the “Drink Coupons” setting in my Southwest Rapid Rewards account a while ago after hearing it might help trigger in-flight drink offers or coupons.
However, I haven’t received any coupons since turning it on.
For those who have this feature enabled, have you actually received drink coupons, and if so, how long did it take before they started appearing? I’m trying to understand if the feature is working as intended or if I might be missing something.
