I want to travel with my severely disabled (autism) brother and his assistant from Germany to Thailand with Air China.
On their website it says there is a maximum capacity for mentally disabled passengers on flights, so I wanted to contact them before booking to make sure we would not be rejected at the airport. I have tried calling and emailing but have not been able to reach them.
Should I just book anyway? I have flown many times with my brother before and it has been fine, but never with Air China or via China.
I also have a few more questions:
There is no seat selection during booking. Can we be sure to sit together?
The itinerary has a 1 hour 40 minute transfer in China. Is that enough time? If we miss the connection, will we automatically be rebooked?
Is luggage checked through automatically, and is there additional security during transit in China?
