Do exit row seats recline on Lufthansa 787-9 Allegris?

Hi all,

Our aircraft was changed and we were reassigned to seats 27H and 27J on the new Boeing 787-9 with the Allegris cabin.

From what I can tell, these are now exit row seats. I am not sure whether these seats still have recline functionality or if they are fixed upright due to the exit row positioning.

Has anyone flown in these specific seats or on the Allegris-configured 787-9 and can confirm how the seat recline works?
