Ditch the Ocean Crowd for these Great Lakes Beaches and are Pure Summer Bliss!

I just got back from a road trip exploring some stunning beaches along the Great Lakes and honestly, I might be team freshwater for life now. Oval Beach in Saugatuck, Michigan was a dream clean sand, laid-back vibes, and no salt-sticky skin. We also hit Presque Isle in Erie, PA, where the curved peninsula gives such a unique feel, almost like being on an island. Beach 11 was calm and perfect for our little ones.

Also loved Big Bay on Madeline Island in Lake Superior. The water was definitely cold, but the views and the serenity were unbeatable. Anyone else done this lake beach route? Or have a hidden Great Lakes beach gem to recommend? I’d love to plan another loop for next summer!
