Just snagged a killer deal on Disney's new spring promo - 5 nights at Pop Century for $179/night including water parks. As someone who's done Disney on the cheap dozen times, this is actually a solid 25% below what I typically see for value resorts this time of year. The real gem though is they're letting you combine it with the 'Good-to-Go' dining promo, which means quick-service meals are running about $14 instead of the usual $20+. My spreadsheet is doing happy dances.
Here's the catch though - you've got to book by March for stays through July, and weekend rates are way higher. Pro tip: I'm seeing the best availability for Sunday-Thursday stays in May. After trying every possible combo in their booking engine (yes, I'm that person), the sweet spot is definitely the 5-night package with the dining add-on. Skip the park hopper - with current crowd levels, you really don't need it. My last three trips, I never once felt the need to switch parks mid-day.
