My friend went to Disneyland, scanned in, stayed for a few hours, even bought food… then got an email the next day saying she never entered and got a strike.
She tried calling and they just kept saying they have no record of her scan. Even with a receipt from inside the park, they wouldn’t accept it.
They said they might review it, but didn’t seem very helpful. Even when she offered details like what she was wearing, they didn’t care.
Feels kinda crazy that this can happen with no clear way to prove you were actually there.
