On my Hawaiian Airlines flight from Honolulu to Seattle, I was given the option to pre-select a dinner choice in advance. However, when onboard, I was presented with a paper menu and the option I had selected was not available.
In addition, the amenity kit seemed significantly reduced compared to previous experiences, consisting of a very limited selection.
Overall, the onboard service felt like a noticeable downgrade from what I expected.
