Flew to Hawaii on Hawaiian’s A330 in first super comfortable, free Starlink, great service. Coming home on Alaska was the opposite: old 737-800, no WiFi, no entertainment, crew seemed tired and cranky after a delay.
After years of flying Hawaiian, this was a real letdown. Probably my last time booking Alaska to the islands.
