Used to love the Premier Access line at IAD, easy bag drop, friendly agents, quick process. Flew to AUA today and it’s gone. Only 1K/Polaris had their own line, and everyone else was sent to the self-service kiosks. Staff were super short and unhelpful too.
Is this just how IAD works now?
