Just got back to SFO from Japan and saw my suitcase come out looking like this. I get the usual dings and scratches, that’s part of flying. But this looks like someone straight up slammed it on a metal edge. My heart sank a little watching it roll down the belt.
Everyone with a hard shell nearby was giving that same “yeah… same” look. Guess my bag has seen some things now.
