My wife and I have been Gold for a couple years now, and we’ve always been able to grab Premium seats for free at booking unless the flight was super full. But since around mid-summer, every single booking shows an upcharge even when the flights are basically empty. Just booked mid-March roundtrip and both legs are wide open, still wants to charge for Premium.
Also noticing the reservation details don’t show us waitlisted for Premium or First anymore, and there’s nowhere in the app/website that confirms it either.
Did something change or am I missing something?
