If you're flying out of DFW soon, heads-up: major traffic changes kicked in August 6 as part of a terminal access revamp. For the next 90 days, getting to Terminals A and B could be a bit of a puzzle, especially if you're coming from the north. Expect detours, U-turns, and longer drive times thanks to the demolition of the old flyover bridge to Terminal B and ongoing work on new access roads.
DFW says new bridges and signage will improve traffic flow long-term, but for now, plan ahead. I've started using their app to check detours and parking in real time super helpful. Have any locals dealt with the new detours yet? Would love tips or shortcuts!
