Booked end-to-end on a 016 United ticket, but the LHR–Germany leg was on Eurowings. Got turned away from the United Club, even though I was fine in the Lufthansa Senator Lounge.
I get that only Star Alliance flights count, but when United sells me the ticket, it feels ridiculous that I lose access. Such a dumb rule.
