A couple months back I tried to use my Atmos Summit lounge passes at PDX and got turned away because my kids are over 2. Agent insisted they needed their own passes. Alaska Listens originally backed them up, saying kids only come in free with an actual lounge membership.
I sent them the official links showing Summit passes allow entry for up to two kids. After that they finally admitted the agent was wrong, gave me a $125 credit, and said they’d pass it to the lounge team.
Wild that I had to point them to their own rules.
