Stayed at a Kimpton on the West Coast and was denied the Diamond breakfast benefit. Staff said the on-site restaurant is “third-party operated,” so it’s not included. Nowhere did it say that when booking or at check-in.
They gave me a $20 credit instead, barely covers coffee and toast. Honestly feels like any property could use that same excuse.
Anyone know the best way to escalate this with IHG or get compensation? The Diamond line hasn’t been helpful so far.
