Showed up about 4 hours early for Air India flight AI278 from Colombo to Canada via Delhi. At the airport they said the flight was cancelled because of the conflict in the Middle East.
The confusing part was that people were still getting checked in for the flight, and later it looked like the onward flight to Canada was operating normally according to the Air Canada app.
No refund, rebooking, or accommodation was offered at the airport, which left me feeling completely stranded.
Trying to figure out what options there are in a situation like this.
