On a recent Starlux Airlines flight, I was seated in 2A and attempted to use a nearby restroom during the flight. However, I was turned away from it.
Interestingly, another passenger seated behind me in 4A also tried and was denied access as well.
This raised some confusion for me, since I assumed that seating in First Class would generally grant access to all onboard restrooms. I’m wondering if this particular restroom is restricted to specific cabins or if there are other operational reasons for limiting access during the flight.
Has anyone experienced this before or knows how Starlux typically handles lavatory access between cabins?
