Flew DEN to SJO in first recently. Got the welcome drink and one beverage with dinner. After that, nothing for the next 3.5 hours. No water runs, no check ins.
When I got up to use the restroom, both FAs were in the galley on their phones.
I don’t fly United much, so I’m honestly asking. Is this normal service these days or did I just get unlucky?
