Stopped by the A terminal lounge at DEN just for a snack and ended up getting a bourbon old fashioned. The barback (Yesacore Baye) asked if I wanted it muddled or stirred super friendly guy. A few other people ordered OFs too, and then someone asked for a maple old fashioned. I had no idea they even had seasonal cocktails. He didn’t either, apparently showed up to work and got told “we have maple syrup and a seasonal menu now.”
Anyway, he made it perfectly and honestly it kinda made my night. I’m usually at the B lounge and forget how chill the A one is. Low-key, not packed, just a nice vibe.
