Booked a Delta domestic flight through Virgin Atlantic (11k miles) and the site clearly said “Included: 1 x 23kg checked bag.” But at check-in, Delta’s system tried to charge me.
Called customer service, they said the free bag should show up and to ask at the counter. Now the counter agents say there’s no record of it and that I need status. Waiting on a supervisor, but feels like Delta’s just ignoring what Virgin’s site promised.
Anyone else run into this?
