Been flying Delta for years and usually had great experiences, especially compared to other airlines. But over the last year things seem to have really changed.
Customer service lately feels much worse. Getting help from reps has become frustrating and it feels like there’s less willingness to actually solve problems.
Even the lounges don’t feel like they used to. Paying extra for membership but the experience often feels pretty average now, especially compared to some other airline lounges like Alaska.
After years of recommending Delta to people, it’s starting to feel like the overall experience is slipping.
