Was on a Delta flight last night in first class when a guy boarded late, angry, and immediately started yelling about the overhead bins being full slamming them shut and cursing.
The flight leader didn’t mess around. He told the captain he didn’t feel safe, and the captain backed him right away. A red vest came onboard a few minutes later and calmly told the guy he was being removed. No argument, he just left.
Honestly, it was great to see Delta empower their crew like that. Made me feel a lot safer knowing they’ll take action when someone crosses the line.
