Delta Air Lines has partnered with Chef José Andrés to introduce a new Spanish-inspired inflight dining experience, beginning November 2025 in Delta One and First Class cabins. The collaboration brings bold, comforting flavors drawn from Andrés’ Spanish heritage, including dishes like Spanish Tortilla with Pisto Manchego, Braised Beef Short Rib in Mojo Rojo BBQ Sauce, and Stuffed Piquillo Peppers. The chef’s team worked closely with Delta’s culinary experts to ensure authentic taste and presentation at altitude.
