I rescheduled my international flight from DEN to MUC over a week ago, but the ticket still has not been reissued.
Last month, I also missed a flight because the ticket was not issued in time, so I’m getting worried this might happen again. I have called multiple times and keep getting told the same thing, that the request is in the ticketing queue and will be processed within 24 to 48 hours, but nothing changes.
I’m trying to understand what I can do at this point to get the ticket actually reissued and confirmed.
