Etihad has released business class award availability from several North American cities to Abu Dhabi that can be booked through Flying Blue. With a current 25% transfer bonus from Amex Membership Rewards to Flying Blue, the one-way cost can start at about 62.4K Amex points.
Availability is spread across multiple US gateways including Boston, New York, Washington DC, Chicago, and Atlanta, with different dates in 2026 and 2027 and varying mileage pricing depending on route and timing.
These bookings can be made using Flying Blue miles, which are also supported by several major transfer partners including Amex, Chase, Capital One, Citi, and Bilt. Abu Dhabi serves as Etihad’s hub, offering onward connections to destinations across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and the Indian subcontinent.
The deal was identified using award search tools and highlights a relatively low-cost way to access Etihad business class through points transfers.
