Just landed in Brussels from Dubai and my bag came out looking rough. Took it to the baggage desk and the Emirates agent flat-out refused to file a report. Said it was “normal wear and tear,” and that he wouldn’t spend 30 minutes on the phone for something like this because “other customers have worse damage.”
Kinda stunned by the response. Curious what others think is this really considered normal wear and tear or should they at least log the claim?
