Flew business class OKA to TPE and found my bag basically crushed on one side. Took it to the counter and they gave me two options: 1500 NTD on the spot or get a repair quote.
Lojel checked it and said it’s total loss. They even wrote a letter with the value (around 450 USD). Starlux came back and offered a super cheap replacement worth maybe 150 bucks.
Not sure what to do here. Has anyone pushed back on Starlux for something like this and gotten closer to the real value?
