I’m QF Gold right now but recently moved to Asia and end up flying Cathay a lot more than before. I’ve still been crediting everything to Qantas, mostly to hang onto status.
Just opened an Asia Miles account though, and I’m realizing earning Asia Miles via Asian credit cards seems way more valuable than what I can do with QF now.
I’ve got a Qatar flight coming up from CGK to Europe in June and I’m torn on where to credit it. Do I keep pushing toward maintaining QF Gold, or start shifting over to Asia Miles since that’s where most of my flying is trending anyway?
Would love to hear what others have done in a similar spot.
