Customer service at Booking.com just vanishes when there’s a problem

Anyone else pay for something through Booking.com, have an issue with the actual property or vendor, and then suddenly Booking.com is nowhere to be found?


Feels like everything’s fine when they’re taking payment, but the moment there’s a problem they just disappear and push you back to the vendor. Been running into this lately and it’s beyond frustrating.


Curious if this is just bad luck or a common experience now.
