Seven hours into this flight and not a single drink offered. Had to ask, got sighed at, and told to “pour your own” next time apparently the self-serve bar is by the toilets. An elderly couple behind me were struggling to get up, so I’ve basically turned into their flight attendant.
Crew look totally miserable and sunburnt. Honestly can’t believe this is business class service. We usually fly Qatar or Virgin should’ve stuck with them
