I’ve been reading that Bali has become more expensive recently and I’m trying to get a realistic idea of current living costs before planning a longer stay.
I’m particularly interested in staying in a green area where it’s easy to get around by scooter or walking. Canggu is one of the areas I’m considering.
I checked accommodation options on Airbnb, but I assume those prices are inflated and mainly targeted at tourists.
I would like to understand what monthly accommodation typically costs in Canggu and similar areas, and whether there are better ways to find more affordable or local-priced housing.
Any insights on current living costs in Bali and tips for finding reasonably priced long-term accommodation would be appreciated.
