Saw a thread today that really confirmed what I’ve been feeling if you’re flying hub-to-hub on Delta, especially as a lowly Platinum like me, your upgrade odds are basically nonexistent. Even Diamonds are reporting near-zero success lately. One mentioned being #27 on the list with no chance, while others say they just pay for the upgrade now because they’re constantly behind Medallion Million Milers or business travelers on refundable fares.
