Got this text/email saying my China Southern (CZ) flight from Beijing to Amsterdam was shifted by 35 minutes. It asks me to reply “Yes” to accept, or “Refund” if I don’t want it. But when I log into the international CSAir site, I still see the old schedule.
Is this normal? Do I actually need to reply, or will they just assume I accept if I do nothing? Anyone else had this experience with CSAir?
