I joined GoWild on 4/23 and my saved credit card was used to book a non refundable flight on 4/26. I’m past the 24 hour window and I’ve found the flight details, resident address and phone number
Chase won’t refund my fare because they said it’s not fraudulent if I’ve authorized frontier transactions in the past. Frontier said a non refundable fare is already paid for and outside of cancellation window and to contact my bank.
It’s a guy in Vegas and I plan to file a police report but that won’t get my money back. Is there anything I can do?
Chase won’t let me cancel the card online either which is insane. It’s 358 and I just got laid off so really can’t afford it and also don’t want to pay for a guy’s Tampa to Vegas flight. It’s on May 6 and I really want his flight to get cancelled as well as all the karmic hell he deserves
