We are currently staying at a Courtyard Marriott and ran into an issue with the sofa bed setup.
There is a noticeable gap in the bed and housekeeping is saying that this is just how the bed is designed. I am not really sure what we are expected to do in this situation, especially since I have a 3-year-old who cannot safely sleep on a bed like this.
On top of that, the staff is not willing to properly make the sofa bed for us.
Has anyone dealt with something similar, and is there a practical way to fix or address this during a stay?
