Interesting angle here, if fewer international travelers come to the U.S., the high-end property market might take a hit. Makes sense. The jet-set crowd fuels a lot of those multimillion-dollar buys in LA, NYC, and Miami. If travel hurdles stack up, that “fly in, fall in love, buy the penthouse” cycle might stall.
