In the past year, several restaurants at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas have closed, including Holsteins Burger, Blue Ribbon American & Oyster Grill, and more recently the French restaurant LPM (La Petite Maison).
I spoke with staff at LPM and they mentioned that the issue may be related to changes in management after MGM took over. According to them, the current MGM approach to marketing and promotion is not as strong as before, and as a result many tourists and visitors are not aware that these restaurants even exist, which may be impacting business.
