I completed online check-in within 24 hours of my flight and selected free random seats. During the process, it instructed me to bring the confirmation to the airport to have the boarding pass printed. However, after finishing the check-in, I was able to download a document that appears like a boarding pass, but it states that it is not a valid boarding pass. I’m unsure what the correct procedure is now, whether I need to print it at the airport or if I’m missing an additional step. Any clarification would be appreciated.
