I booked a JetBlue flight and selected an EvenMore Space seat at the time of purchase. My confirmation email also shows “EvenMore,” so I don’t believe I accidentally selected a standard Core fare.
However, when I received my boarding information, I was assigned to Group 5 instead of the expected priority boarding group (which I understand should be Group 2 for EvenMore Space).
I’ve checked all my emails and booking details, and everything appears correct, so I’m unsure where the mismatch occurred. It’s not a major issue for this trip, but I’d like to understand what might have caused it so I don’t repeat the same mistake in future bookings.
