I booked a flight to and from Japan through Expedia, operated by Japan Airlines, with a return flight that I later changed and paid a change fee for.
I’ve already paid for:
The full ticket
The change fee
Seat selection fees (since part of it is JAL operated by AA)
However, I keep seeing a recurring charge labeled “PLAN FEE – JAL AIRLINE 13” of about $14.30, and I don’t understand what it is.
I haven’t received any emails or explanations about this fee, and I can’t find any clear information from either Expedia or Japan Airlines. It just keeps appearing monthly, and I’m unsure why I’m being charged.
Has anyone seen this before or knows what it refers to?
