On my first international trip and I was told before leaving the US that I should definitely wear compression socks for a long flight.
I wore them on the way to Turkey and honestly they were a pain to put on and made me feel really warm the whole flight.
Now I am debating skipping them on the way back. For a transatlantic flight, do they really make that much of a difference? Will I regret not wearing them?
Curious what others actually do for long haul flights.
