Noticed some Flagship flights from NYC to LA now showing a Premium Economy cabin, which I don’t remember seeing before on this route.
Does this change how complimentary upgrades work for Executive Platinums? Are upgrades now from economy to premium economy instead of business, or does business still clear the same way?
If complimentary upgrades to business are gone on these flights, that’s a pretty big hit to EP value on this route. Curious how this is actually working in practice.
