I was informed at the gate that the TV screen at my seat was not working, and I was unable to be reseated because no other seats in the same class (First Class) were available. Since this was a long-haul flight of about 10 hours, the lack of a functioning entertainment system was disappointing. I booked the flight using miles, and I’m trying to understand whether any form of compensation is available in this situation and how I can request it if applicable. Any guidance would be appreciated.
