Got to the airport about 3.5 hours before my flight. Tried to check my bag and the kiosk wouldn’t let me because apparently you can’t check bags until 4 hours before departure.
Yes. My flight was in 3 hours.
Boarding pass randomly disappeared from the app, had to re check in, then the bag tag machine still wouldn’t work. Agent tells me if they print it at the counter it’s $25 extra.
So the system glitches, won’t recognize basic math, and I’m the one who has to pay?
Stuff happens, I get it. But the condescending tone on top of trying to charge me extra was what really pushed it over the edge.
