A coworker just told me he was surprised with Global Services for the year. Got the email last week.
Here’s the confusing part. He only had a little over 15k PQP. I had 25k+ last year. We’re both in similar sales roles at the same large Fortune 500 company, and plenty of people here fly more than he does.
He did mention that a couple weeks ago he helped a disabled passenger to their seat and off the plane. The purser thanked him and made a comment about it. Then the following week he got the GS email.
Is there any chance that kind of thing actually triggers something internally? Or is GS more about corporate contracts and behind the scenes revenue than raw PQP?
Just trying to understand how this works.
