Codeshare question with Jetstar on Turkish Airlines ticket

Booked Turkish Airlines MEL to Paris via SIN and IST, then back Rome to MEL the same way. All legs are TK except the last SIN to MEL, which is Jetstar.

Since the ticket was bought through Turkish, does any of the full service stuff carry over on the Jetstar leg? Meals, baggage, etc? Or is that segment basically pure Jetstar rules?

Also wondering if bags check through at SIN or if we have to collect and recheck for the Jetstar flight.
