Headed to Cloudland Resort in Chattanooga this weekend. I booked a resort view balcony room but got upgraded to a superior king pool view terrace room. Honestly was hoping for the balcony view, does the terrace really count as an upgrade?
Also booked last minute. Anyone stayed here and have tips or recommendations for the property?
