Cleveland’s Grand Revival: Historic Buildings Reborn as Luxury Hotels & Condos

Just visited Cleveland and was amazed at how much the city is changing! They're converting century-old buildings into boutique hotels and swanky condos. One standout is the Rose Building, which is becoming a Marriott luxury apartment and hotel combo. It’s wild to see historic facades hiding modern interiors like time travel but with concierge service.

Ohio’s tax credit program is really fueling this transformation. With $75M in annual funding, more places are popping up that honor the city's past while creating fresh energy downtown. Anyone else been to Cleveland recently and noticed this mix of old charm and new luxury? Would love to hear if you’ve stayed in any of these reimagined hotels.
