China Southern Airlines is adjusting its international flight network in December 2024 to align with passenger demand and optimize fleet utilization. Notable changes include increasing the Beijing Daxing–Amsterdam route from five to six weekly flights starting January 1, 2025, with an upgrade to Airbus A350-900 aircraft. Additionally, new routes from Beijing Daxing to Melbourne and Sydney will commence mid-December, operating three and four times weekly, respectively, using Airbus A330-300 aircraft.
