Flew China Eastern four times and entered my Flying Blue number to earn miles and XP. Only one flight credited properly. The other three never showed up.
To make it more confusing, I got a message saying I earned China Eastern MU miles instead, even though I never used or wanted their program.
I tried to contact China Eastern but their support is basically unreachable and I don’t even get a confirmation number to submit a claim. Flying Blue doesn’t seem to have a clean way to fix this either if the miles went to another program.
Has anyone actually managed to get XP and miles credited correctly in a situation like this, or am I stuck in partner airline limbo?
